Flow & Stretch
A 45-minute athletic recovery practice to restore your body and reset your mind. This practice emphasizes mindful breathing, foundations of meditation, and gentle flow with long holds and deep stretches. This class is appropriate for anyone who seeks flexibility for body and mind. Approximate class temp is 90+ degrees
Free Hot Flow for Military
Every other Friday we will provide a free Vinyasa flow class to our active duty military as a way of showing our gratitude. In this class students will focus on linking conscious breath with a mindful flow. In a Vinyasa class students awaken their strength, energy, and flexibility in a fun atmosphere. Approximate class temp is 90+ degrees
Free Warm Restorative for Veterans
Every other Friday we will provide a free restorative/ meditation class for our retired military as a way to show our gratitude. Calm the mind and body with this soothing restorative yoga class. Restorative yoga poses required no muscular exertion; each pose is held for several minutes and deeply supported by props -blankets, bolsters, and blocks. During the class, you will be guided to mindfully and consciously notice thoughts and sensations in your body. Students leave feeling nourished, well rested and refreshed with a new cultivated awareness and clarity. Guided mindfulness meditation is also incorporated throughout the class. No yoga or meditation experience is needed and all levels are welcome.  Approximate class temp is 80 degrees.
Hot Core Yoga
During this powerful Vinyasa flow class you will breathe, focus, move, stretch, and balance. Core yoga is a heat building practice that allows you to move with your breath while building strength and working on your core.  Approximate class temp is 90+ degrees
Hot Power Flow
A fitness-based approach to Vinyasa style flow. Students will focus on linking conscious breath with a vigorous and mindful flow. In a power class, students will build strength, flexibility, and concentration while cleansing the body and calming the mind. You can expect a great cardiovascular and strength building workout combined with breath work.  Approximate class temp: 90+ degrees
Slow Flow
This class still has the feel of a typical Vinyasa class while slowing down the pace of class. You will move mindfully while building build strength and balance on the yoga mat. Enjoy slowing down, moving mindfully but powerful; and breathing deeply. Open to all levels. Approximate class temp is 90+ degrees for Hot Flow and 85 degrees for Warm Flow
Hot Vinyasa Flow
In this class students will focus on linking conscious breath with a mindful flow. In a Vinyasa class, students awaken their strength, energy, and flexibility in a dynamic flow that welcomes all levels. Approximate class temp 90+ degrees
Warm Gentle Flow
This class is designed for beginners through intermediate students. In Gentle Flow, you will be guided through postures in a Vinyasa style, beginning with the basic poses, but allowing for more challenging poses based on your practice level. Props are encouraged to allow the body to fully achieve each pose comfortably. This is a great class for students looking for a more gentle experience, those who are new to yoga or those who need a change of pace, yet still have the option to take it to the next level. It is also the perfect class for students with injuries or limitations. Approximate class temp: 85 degrees
Warm Restorative
Calm the mind and body with this soothing Restorative Yoga class. Restorative yoga poses require no muscular exertion; each pose is held for several minutes and deeply supported by props – blankets, bolsters, and blocks. During the class, you will be guided to mindfully and consciously notice thoughts and sensations in your body. Warm Yin
A meditative experience for both the mind and body. Yin yoga poses require a little or no muscular exertion; each pose is held for several minutes with or without the use of props – Blankets, posters, and blocks. Without the distraction of constant movement and muscle engagement, your connective tissue has the opportunity to stretch and release. Though you will receive intentional guidance during the class to notice any thoughts or sensations arising in your body; this is a practice of silence and stillness. Participants leave feeling grounded, well rested, and nourished with a new cultivated awareness. No yoga or meditation experience is needed and all levels are welcome. Approximate class temp is 85 degrees
Warm Yoga Fundamentals
Never practiced yoga? If you want a gentle way to learn more about yoga, this class is for you. In a safe and relaxing environment, students will learn the benefits of yoga, proper yogic breathing, and basic yoga asana (postures). We will work towards mastery of level 1 asana such as forward fold, downward facing dog, and low plank just to name a few. These foundational postures are the building blocks for more “advanced” asanas which will also be explored along the way. This is an excellent introduction for new students and also great for the intermediate/experienced student looking to fine tune their practice. Approximate class temp is 85 degrees.

HOT – 90+ degrees
Warm – 80+ degrees
Unheated – 70+ degrees
